Nano Fabrication

Nanofabrication entail the fabrication of nanostructures, particularly, products with none, one, or two proportions in the nanometre span, and most commonly used as basic units in the manufacture of microprocessor, semiconductors, optics, etc.

Innumerable different techniques are used to make up different nanoparticles, i.e., particles with a diameter between 1 and 100 nm. Since nanoparticles are a various range of particles, there are particular methods that are used to produce these particles. Although, all techniques fall into one of two classes- bottom-up techniques, where the particle is built molecule by molecule, and top-down techniques, where a smaller particle is produced from a larger mass particle.
